RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks & projects.
- Running office errands as needed (picking up supplies, going to post office & bank).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- High degree of self-discipline and motivation; able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & listening) skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive problem-solving, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
